Day tickets and festival passes are available at the box office in the Kleist Forum, in the German-Polish Tourist Information in the Bolfrashaus. Day tickets are also available without additional booking fees conveniently and around the clock online.

Please note that there is no box office. Tickets must be purchased or picked up in advance.

Consessions:

• Children and young people up to the age of 18
• School pupils, students, trainees
• Severely disabled persons and their accompanying persons
• Recipients of ALG I and citizen's income
• Holders of the Berlin-Brandenburg volunteer card
• Those performing basic military and civilian service, volunteers in a social and ecological year (§ 2 FÖJG and § 2 SozDiG)
